ba9 Terms & Conditions

ba9 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the ba9 platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for and use a ba9 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online betting and casino services.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a ba9 account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a ba9 employee, contractor, agent, or an immediate family member of such a person.

ba9 reserves the right to require documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests.

One account per player is permitted. ba9 strictly prohibits the opening or operation of more than one account by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ba9 may close all related accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba9 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ba9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify ba9 support immediately at [email protected] or via Telegram @ba9support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ba9 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

ba9 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳100
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳100
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳200
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳200
• Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳500

All deposits are credited to your ba9 account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. ba9 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ba9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a third-party deposit is identified, ba9 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the account, and withhold any associated winnings pending further investigation.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Under standard conditions, ba9 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Before processing any withdrawal, ba9 may require identity verification documentation including a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement, and confirmation of your registered mobile banking account. ba9 processes withdrawals only to accounts verified as belonging to the registered player.

ba9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, ba9 will notify the player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ba9 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion details.
• Wagering on certain game types (such as low-margin table games or specific live dealer variants) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement. Specific contribution rates will be stated in the promotion terms.
• ba9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except where explicitly permitted by ba9.

Any attempt to exploit or abuse ba9 bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in bet patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — will result in the immediate cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Betting Rules and Sports Wagering

All bets placed on ba9's sportsbook, including cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, racing, and other sporting events, are subject to the following conditions:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ba9 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, ba9's settlement rules — as published in the sportsbook help section — will apply. Generally, bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned.
• ba9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a palpable error has occurred in the pricing (e.g., an incorrect price published due to a technical fault). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per event and per market type. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing a bet.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to delays and suspensions at ba9's discretion. ba9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a bet placed after the relevant in-play event has concluded, where a technical delay in data transmission was responsible.

7. Casino Games and Live Dealer Tables

ba9's casino product includes slot games, live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar), and crash games including Aviator. All games are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems maintained by those providers and are beyond ba9's direct control.

ba9 does not guarantee any minimum return on any game. All games carry a house edge in favour of ba9. Historical results on any game have no bearing on future outcomes. Players should regard casino gaming as entertainment and wager only amounts they can afford to lose.

In the event of a game malfunction (software error, disconnection, or incomplete round), the affected game round will be voided and any staked funds will be returned to the player's account. ba9 accepts no liability for losses arising from network disconnections or device failures on the player's side during active game sessions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ba9 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one ba9 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the ba9 platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or poker-style games.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or loopholes in the ba9 platform or any third-party game software.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using ba9 for any unlawful financial activity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your ba9 account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the ba9 platform or its underlying infrastructure.

9. Responsible Gaming

ba9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. ba9 products are for entertainment only and are not a source of income. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to use the tools available on the Responsible Gaming page, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players may also contact ba9 support at any time to request these tools be applied to their account. ba9 will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly and without question.

All ba9 services are available to players aged 21 and above only. ba9 prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

ba9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to ba9 collecting, storing, and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ba9 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and ba9's servers.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ba9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and code — is the intellectual property of ba9 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any ba9 content without prior written consent from ba9. Unauthorised use of ba9 content may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the ba9 platform.
• Any delay, interruption, or failure in the delivery of ba9 services caused by circumstances beyond ba9's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, natural disasters, government action, or cyberattacks.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information published on the ba9 platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

ba9's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Any dispute arising between you and ba9 in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to ba9's customer support team for resolution. ba9 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration before initiating any formal legal proceedings. ba9's decisions on sporting event outcomes, game results, and the application of these Terms are final in all matters within ba9's control.
